I talked with Gordon Barr about what I wanted and he seemed very knowledgable and helpful. In fact he told me at first to just get the fronts as my truck is still new but after talking with him and telling him I tow a boat and haul a quad in the box he said the rears stiffer valving might be better for me. If you want his number just pm me I'm not sure about the rules Re. posting links or numbers. I'll let you know how I like them later once they're on and the truck realigned
Thanks for the response. I know T-Bay quite well.

So you ended up going with both front and rear? I don't do alot of towing so not sure if I would need the rears.

Truck looks great and glad to hear you are happy with the ride.

Did you end up using the second highest setup which is 2.1" lift or the highest?

Yeah I used the second highest setting, mostly because I have my quad in the box quite often and if it were perfectly level then the ass would be lower with the weight and I sure don't want that! Yes the kit of four was 478 shipped but Gord at essex quoted me $111 each for fronts and $5 each shipping so $232 for the front kit only. I can't say enough how much more I like the ride quality, I was prepared for a little more harshness after reading some guys impressions. But I feel it soaks up the rough roads here so much better the differance is really night and day!

I can't wait to get my bilsteins for my 2012 Bighorn. I've dealt with Gord at essex before, Awesome guy. After reading your testimonials I'm going for it. Nice looking truck by the way.

Thanks man, just remember you need a quality re-alignment after install to avoid wobble and premature wear.

Truck looks great! I also don't care for the factory rake on the trucks and want to do this same mod very soon. Glad I saw your pics.

They can lift the front of your truck up to 2.8" as well as providing a better ride.

Thanks for the pics.. I like it level... You may have pushed me over the edge to do this mod... I am thinking Ill do the rears too as I pull my 6000lb boat. What is this Timbren kit all about? Are these like soft bump stops? And what do you guys think about how this will look with the stock Wrangler HP 20's. Gotta wear those out for a but I am thinking of going with Wrangler Duratracs next time around..
