Get on the diablo web site and you will find a wealth of info and trouble shooting techniques.

As for the ebay seller, to me that was total BS, that guy could have provided diablo with some kind of proof it was his sons...and insurance card with his name and vin, an old reg card, something, even the dealership could have emailed or faxed him some info...I would slam the ass monkey for that if it were me....just sayin
I called and they walked me through it, basically took me to a blank line on the tuner, gave me eight instructions (up,down, left, etc), and it was cleared. I have been trying to get this thing updated for two hours now, no luck, but I am a moron on a computer. I still wonder if my usb to serial is bad. IDK, moer searching I guess. I agree with you on the guy that sold the tuner to me, I have wondered since the get go, if he aint just jerking me around.

The com problem is the drivers for the USB cable. I had the same issues, but finally got drivers that worked. Just search online for usb driver for the brand of cable you bought..mine was a sewell I think.

Well, I was offered a 60 dollar refund after I filed with eBay. I took it (I wanted to reply back $75, but I figured at this point I will take what I can get), it was paypal'd to me. However, I can't transfer it until Dec. 7th. It's being held until then for some reason?wtf.
Would you guys leave this fella negative feedback? I'm thinking either neutral, or just none at all simply for all the aggrivation.

Also, I did verify that my serial to usb cable is in fact bad today. I called predator several times trying to get my tuner programmed. That was the determination by predator. So now, I have to either file another claim on eBay for the cable, send it back for a refund, or just go buy another cable and let it go. Radio shack has them for $40 dollars (wow expensive). It's one thing after another.

So far here is what I have in the tuner
$150 for tuner
$10 on shipping
$120 for predator to tune it back to stock
$40 on the cable kit
total of $320
-60 for refund=$260
I guess I'm not hurting on it too bad.

i would agree..positive seems fair. As for the cable, just order another one from ebay for a couple bucks..you could always "borrow" the Radio Shack one..I am just saying...

I wouldnt really leave him good feedback. He did lie about it being locked. Just to point that out. But I would have to give him points for fast shipping.

And I would buy the cable from radio shack... tune your truck & then return it. Then You will not be out of the 40$

Yeah I finally got it tuned with the pc land cable. Only thing is, I've noticed the trans seems to shift hard, and the mds is not off. Is there an option for the mds and other changes? I only seen the three gas tunes and the custom tune. It tunes it, and the only mod I see is the tire size. Can anyone answer this ? for me. I'll try and do a search on it aswell.
I do notice more torque at lower rpms.

As far as the feedback, I havent left anything yet! I'm still thinking on what I'm gonna leave.
