Default Head gasket leak?

Hey, i have a question... My truck sat for 2 days without being started, and when i went out to start her up, i noticed coolant around the lip of the radiator, that wasnt there when i parked it. When it fired up, it smoked like crazy, with coolant smell. Checked the oil cap.... MILKSHAKE! Why would the coolant only leak into the oil after sitting? This happend before, about 2 or 3 weeks ago, i changed the oil and filter, and it was fine, no smoke, no milkshake, wasnt till after it sat again for 2 days that it came back? The funny thing is the coolant is at the same level, no change to the coolant level. I took the oil cap off after it sat again for 20 minutes and there was visible water on the inside of the oil cap... i have no water in my truck, coolant/antifreeze only. So how did the water get there?... lol

UPDATE: so i finally got pissed and took my truck out on the back road, and told my self im gonna blow this engine! I tried my dangest to run it into the ground... did 65mph in 2nd gear, dropped the clutch in every gear, just tried to beat it down.... guess what... its running better than before! and it doesnt smoke anymore!.... lol WTF!?!?!
