Default Ebay headers!

Anyone ever try a pair of the ebay headers? I've havent found a bad review on them threw ebay, they were all positive reviews. Only 140 bucks, think they are worth a shot? or if anyone has tried them let me know. Thanks

always find out what material they're made from, (should be stainless to prevent warping) at $140 I'd be leary due to poor materials, stainless tubing costs $$.

They look alright to me. Is there a reason you're going with shorties? They are normally cheaper than the long tubes, so the price isn't unreasonable for an uncoated header.

They are worth it if you're putting a CAI, exhaust, (and tuner) on it as well. By themselves, they won't do much, but the combination is what really makes the difference, as it removes another restriction from the system. Tuned headers help with the scavenging effect where exhaust that's already past the header will pull more exhaust behind it, rather than the motor having to push it all out, increasing efficiency.

make sure you get new exhaust gaskets and expect a day to install them due to most of the bolts breaking in the block.

Agreed, a new gasket is a must, and you may be fighting with the studs if the last installer didn't use any anti-seize (like everything from the factory )

and yes pieece, you'd benefit from the headers, rummaging through all that, with the CAI, exhaust, and tuner. And don't forget to get a ported throttlebody
