Default Showing my truck + box mods and amp shelf build

Hey guys. I have been here a while but never actually posted pictures of my truck or my audio upgrades. I did some box mods and an amp shelf over Thanksgiving break and figured i would do a small build log. Enjoy!

My truck. 2003 Dodge Ram SLT. 5.7 Hemi. Currently 106,000 miles
The picture is from last winter. (p.s. all the dates on the photos are wrong)
http://i782.photobucket.com/albums/y...3/100_2864.jpg

Bezel, painted to match by me, and Alpine CDA-105, and Kicker bass nob. I love the Alpine. Great sound and easy to use. I bought it on Ebay using a friends account so my parents didnt know i bought it..... for a while at least.... suprise?
http://i782.photobucket.com/albums/y...k/DSC01100.jpg

Door pieces painted to match also. Front and rear.
http://i782.photobucket.com/albums/y...k/DSC01101.jpg

Kicker 400.1 mounted under rear seats, drivers side. Bigger amp for Christmas???? I hope.....
http://i782.photobucket.com/albums/y...863_edited.jpg

My current box. 12" Fi SSD fully loaded. 2.5 cubic foot box tuned to 33 hertz, built by me. Bolted down using existing bolts under the seat, per my fathers request, for easy removing. I was only allowed to get a 12" since it is still his truck. High school..........

http://i782.photobucket.com/albums/y...k/DSC01103.jpg

Lets start with the box mods first. 45 degree corners. (On 4 of them at least)

Small piece but in really cleans up the look. Don't knock me for the Sony amp. I got it, and all the wiring for free from various friends as excess from doing their systems. All i had to buy were RCA's and speaker wire. In fact that Sony amp gets so hot sometimes it hurts to touch it. Kinda scared about that one. But high school jobs (dish washing) means you cant affording anything better! Haha. Spent all my money on the FI and the Alpine.

Anyway thanks for reading my small build log! hopefully more to follow.

All the pictures are just showing up as links. For me at least. Sorry about that. I tried to do it so that they would all show up on the page without links. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Yeah they're all links, but since you're using Photobucket, all you have to do is copy the img code, click on the postcard looking icon in the reply box and paste the code there to get the pics to show up in your post, but thanks for sharing those, you've definitely done a lot of work there, looks great, nice job!

Thanks for all the compliments guys! And the rep points. I hope you guys like these build logs because I'm almost done building a box for my friends Toyota Tundra. With PLENTY of pictures.
Santa better bring me a garage heater. All the days i have been working on the box have been 30 degrees or below. In a garage that is not insulated, and quite drafty.....
