Default Some questions, need advice, and pic's for you to view.

Okay I was finally able to take some pic's. Sorry they are from my cell.
Current mods:
K&N intake
Magnaflow cat back with 5 inch tips
Readylift leveling kit.
TRX fender flares.
HID kit for fog lights

Now onto my questions.
I want to put some Monster XD rims 18X9's, the area of concern is tires. I've been told the 35's will fit/not fit without trimming/I need +18 offset/-12 offset, no one seems to really know and each shop gives me a different opinion.

If I go with 33's do I need a -12 or +18 offset if I plan on lifting

I'm not set on 35's but I want to have a 4inch lift done next year.

Offset does not determine tire height, it's about how close the tire comes to the inside of your wheel well.

I have 18X9 KMC XD Addicts on a +18 offset with 285/75RX18 tires (almost 35"). But I do have a lift as well.

SO how wide of a tire do you want?

If I could get away with it, I would like 12.5 wide tires.

Honestly I don't know if I can wait for the lift

Well if you go with a Readylift 2.5 you should beable to fit a 33x12/50 tire under there.Depending on the offset.I can get you guys readylifts all day for a really good price too.

Thanks for the replies. I'm gonna go with a -12 offset on 285/65/18 trail grapplers. Should look good with the flares and not fill up the wheel well.

Ya man go with the -12mm offset. It brings the tires out away from the truck which makes it look really cool. You will be able to fit a wider tire since it sits out further. So if you are going with a 4" lift maybe you should wait on the tires. Or if you are going to get it in a couple years then the 33s now + a leveling kit would be great.

The 35s with the 4" lift will look really cool. The better thing to do would be to go 6". The price is pretty much the same with the 4 and 6 lifts. I guess it is personal preference really.
