Default no coolant pressure and no heat

96 ram 2500 4x4 360 engine i replace heater core, water pump, thermostat, all hoses, radiator, flush both ways engines does not build up coolant pressure and no heat. Truck runs at normal temp doesnt over heat can drive it all day and the radiator stays cool from about 3 inches from top hose over to passenger side and bottom hose is cold Thanks

Gotta ask, when you say you flushed it both ways, was that through the radiator or just the heater core?

No oil in the radiator and on water in the oil?

I don't know what the stock temp is on the thermostat but if everything is working fine, I would look at getting a hotter thermostat.
I have the same problem with my 98 Ford Taurus. I recently had the entire engine and cooling system replaced and now it runs too cool not allowing the heater to get very warm even though, as I am told, "it is operating within factory specs". A simple fix is to put a piece of cardboard in front of the radiator to slow down the air flow.
I would ask if your clutch is locked on your fan causing it to pull all the time but even if this were the case, the thermostat should stay closed until it reaches the proper temp.
