Parti Ram is on a distinguished road

I love when the mds engages on the highway, and I have noticed a significant change in fuel consumption(mainly on cruise control when the mds can kick in for extended periods of time. we all get tired right?). I love hearing the engine rev back into 8 when I hit a hill. I like to save money on gas because I am in no way rich. I drive a lot on the highway because I don't live in a city, and i have yet to see or feel the mds affect the performance of my truck. If i'm cruising with mds engaged and i come up to a chev or ford, I hit the throttle and my truck takes off with no lag or hesitation. And with my exhaust and CAI my truck always sounds deep and "manly" lol.

MDS? Multi-Displacement System? I prefer to call it a Momentary Loss in Style. Especially when mine turns off the minute I step up to a hill. All jokes aside I love having MDS for cruising to work. It really limits the number of fill-ups in a month.

But when I need to bring my V-8 back to life because that damn ricer won't let me get on the highway I know it is there.

Love it or Hate it, but it keeps us from paying a gas guzzler tax in Illinois
