Unhappy My hemi has problems!

Rhonda just called,
Heads need to be reworked about 1500.00 dollars, no details but the only reason Andy would want to do that is valves and springs, I asked that the 02 sensors be changed out and that the catalytic converted be replaced ( Andy did say he’s done “ a bunch “ of those so far).
History:
After 7-8 hours ,While driving at 70 mph “ felt funny” ( yes I was actually doing the speed limit, this time) pulled into hotel drive way and truck died, next morning towed to firestone, pulled each injector , hooked to battery blew out with compressed air and brake cleaner , found two in open position, replaced, Blew out fuel rails, supply only they do not have a return or circulate ( Boo, Dodge) changed K&N filter and 16 spark plugs, ( unrelated to event was front hub and brakes were replaced and tie rod end drivers side) kept sending code 300 (?) multi port misfire.

Drove from Louisiana to Georgia on 6 cyc, at one time felt like 4 cyc because could not get it over 55 mph and was floored,
In addition to the engine light coming on the “ lightning bolt” Manual says the Electronic Throttle (thunderbolt thingy) E.T.C ( came on, this happened in Chicago a year ago -8 degrees, and had the same symptoms, that incident was 2-3 x then did not happen again until I was driving from Louisiana back to Atlanta.
Best guesses so far:
Clogged catalytic converter
Springs on valves
Bad injectors
Bad gas
Coils burned out
Up to 3,500 dollars so far.

Gen 1 Hemis are prone to broken valve springs. They have since been redesigned. What kind of plugs were in the engine and are in it now? Incorrect plugs can cause the coils to burn out. A bad converter should be throwing converter efficiency codes. If the converter is bad, driving on 6 cylinders is most likely the cause. I'm curious as to why you think the fuel system should have a return line. Please enlighten me.

Champion plugs were existing and the replacement plugs are champion.
I drove to Ga w/the 02 sensors out, I figured the converter was the culprit.
The fuel rails run along side the head and " dead end" if they were connected then dirt or other foreign particles could not accumulate the the ends of the rails, build up and pollute the injectors . I was in the bay w/randy ( Top notch mechanic ) and saw the " junk " blown out of the rails, what I cant figure out is how this all got by the fuel filter , which I believe is in the gas tank.( ? ) The valve springs are prone to broken springs ? redesigned ? Does Dodge pay/contribute to whats going to be a very expensive remedy should it be the springs, I am so frustrated, I love Dodge, always have and I will walk before I buy a chevy or ford, It has been a great, great running truck.

The plugs aren't platinum are they? Having a fuel return really wouldn't fix the problem if trash is getting by the filter. The debris could still get into the injectors. Be that as it may, the valve springs were redesigned because of the number of failures with the original design, but unless you have some type of warranty, I doubt you'd get much in the way of assistance with replacing any broken springs.
