Maybe it's the bandicoots. Those are some sneaky bastages.

Same issue here. 2010 Crew cab with console. Cold air entering near my feet. Feels like a grommet is missing and cold air is coming in right thru the firewall.

I am going to search for the culprit once the weather allows.

As I'm the one who started this thread, I too have a crew cab. I have no idea where the cold air is coming from. The cold "draft" is blowing onto the back of my calves from under the seat. Even after driving for 2 hours with the cab aclimated to 75, the cold draft is present. At highway speeds, if I place my hand down below the front of the seat at the floor, cold air is blowing from the back forward onto the back of my calves/feet. I've had people sit in the back and they didn't feel cold air blowing on thier feet. Also, the front passenger seat doesn't have this problem. I'm wondering if it's coming from the power seat harness from under the drivers seat. Maybe a seal is lose or missing from the floor board? I'm going to stuff a towel under the seat to see if it goes away. Unfortunately I can't feel around while doing 60 on the HW. I don't believe it's coming from a door panel, a door seal, or from under the dash. I might have to resort to having my wife reach down under the drivers seat when on the highway and feel around.

As a side note, there is heat blowing out of the rear seat vents when the "floor" is selected, and no air blowing out of the rear vents when not selected. With an infared temp reader, the temperatures are the same as temp blowing out of the dash when parked.

I can't get any warm air to blow out the vents in the back of the console either. It will blow out from under the front seats onto the rear floor when floor is selected. But nothing out of the vents regardless where the selector is placed.

Just a guess but might it be this feature?

From the owner's manual:

"Ventilated Seats If Equipped Located in the seat cushion and seatback are small fans that draw the air from around the occupant and exhaust it underneath the seat and into the passenger compart-ment. The fans draw this air across the surface of the seat using air ducts and fine perforations in the covering to help keep the driver cooler in higher ambient tempera-tures."

just drove 400 plus miles and i have to say YES i have cold air coming in at hwy speed in my 2010 RamSport also... as far as i can tell it's down a long the center console on the drivers side right by the seat somewhere, the seat floor bracket was cold right there and i could feel some air coming in but i was by myself so couldn't really check it good, however with my back window open 1/4 to 1/2 way it seemed to cancel the problem.and even the heat fine however cold air IS coming in somewhere this is not the air going back to the rear vents{mine all work fine} nor do i have the ventilated seats so i'll keep checking

I have this problem, i've attributed it to being -35C, but it stayed when it warmed up a little, i've also got about 2 inches of ice frozen to my carpet at this point that makes a cold draft. I almost seems to me like there's no insulation in the floor at all.

I think the cold draft in the winter months is coming from the bottom of the door panels. I have a couple of faulty door locks that need fixing so I'm going to look behind the door panels to see if I can find any sealing faults.

Or, the built in recessed garbage cans in the floor behind the front seats in the crew cab aren't perfectly sealed.

I will finally get to the root of this problem when the winter comes my way.
