I'm quite content with my AirAid, it's solidly built, has a massive filter, and seals nicely to the underside of my ram-air hood. The volant is probably one of the best intakes out there for cost/performance.

No ones going to say what I am. The S&B intake for the 07 is actually very good. I love mine. The sound is great, sounds a lot meaner then stock. The power is rated the best out of the "box" style intakes. This is what I have seen on the web sites. It is made in the US so the price is actually very good. I definitely noticed a difference when I installed it. This intake has a tube that goes from the grille to the box. This is why it gives more power then the rest. It actually grabs the air from the front of the truck and brings it to the filter. It also seals up perfect against the hood.

I am geting the BFI now since i hear great things about it. I am going to sell my S&B intake, I guess let me know if you are interested.

I feel like a dumbass, I meant the Volant, not the Airaid. I am going to go with the Volant here pretty soon.

What ever intake you buy it will most likely be good i would steer clear of the 80 dollar ones you see on ebay. If had your truck i would pic one of these.

3. http://www.stylintrucks.com/part.asp...&partid=624856 tube seems kinda small but ive never seen one up close and it looks a bit choked at the box...

Anybody have the vararam on a fouth gen truck? got any pics installed? and I have read that their construction quality is not the greatest and fabbing some mounting brackets may help does any one have any more detailed info on this? I like the vararam and would buy one and would have no problem with fabbing any brackets to make it sturdier if it is truly the best cai for the hemi. Opinions or info for a newbie greatly appreciated, looking forward to an education thanks
