Default tire and Oil question

1st question is about the tires. I was going to take the tires off to install my new mud flaps on my truck. i have the 4x2. One of the lugnuts looks like a locking lug nut. How do i get it off. Was i supposed to get a special key? When i read the manual it doesn't tell me how to get that one off. Someone please shine some light on me..

2nd question.
I had the oil changed @ 3500miles. But i'm now getting a message from the truck to change the oil again. How do i turn this light off or reset the oil reader?

1. Your lug is a lock. You should have been given a key, check the glove box or other storage places in your truck. If they didn't give you one, get them to give you one.

2. To turn off the oil msg, turn the key to "on" do NOT start the truck. Then press the gas pedal to the floor 3 times within 10 seconds.

1) when they sold you the truck they should have given you the 4 nuts that were removed and a key to undo the locknuts. Mine were in the center console.
2) The way to reset the oil msg. is
1. turn the key to on. but don't start the truck.
2. press the gas pedal to the floor 3 times.
3. turn the key off.
Next time you start it the msg will be gone.

your locking lug nut tool should be attached to the jack under the front passenger seat, open that door, pull off the plastic panel on the side of the seat to get to it.
re attach it when you are done, because tire shops will ask you for it. If it is not under there, the dealership forgot to make sure it was there during the pre sale inspection

I believe the service engine light can be shut off by turning the ignition switch only to the ON position, then press the gas pedal down 3 times within 10 seconds, then turn the ignition switch off. Turn it back on & see if the light went off

Instructions.1Turn the ignition switch to the "on" position. Do not start the engine.

2Depress the accelerator pedal fully, three times within 10 seconds.

3Turn the ignition switch to the "off" position.

4Start the engine. If the oil change light illuminates and stays lit, repeat the previous steps.

.

How many times should the gas pedal be depressed if I want to send a message
to Chrysler that this is the best truck I've ever owned?

1) Turn key to the Start engine position
2) Pull the shift to "D"
3) Find an empty street
4) Press hard and firmly on the throttle pedal and hear that Hemi roar.
Repeat as needed.
I'm not sure that Chrysler will hear but in your heart, mind and soul you will know!
