It MIGHT cure the 4wd vibration, it depends on how far out everything is. From what I have read on here, some trucks have the vibrations, some don't. So.., you might not be able to cure it on your truck. The vibration is due to the added angle on the front CV joints. In theory, to do the job right, the front differential also needs to drop an inch or two to keep the CV angle the same as stock.

Any mod not from mopar will put the repair bill in your pocket. Shocks are a wear item so my best guess is that you could change into the bilstein 5100's without affecting warranty. Spacers are going to void it. Not to mention as someone else said. Spacers are always a bad idea. Not to offend anyone but we always refereed to them as the poor mans lift. If you want more height you have to change spring or re-stretch the stock spring.
Would love to hear input on the warranty issue.

I'm wondering the same thing, since this is a "wear and tear" item, would the dealer let this slide? Or when you have an issue with ball joints, cv, etc will they throw the blame towards the "after market" shocks??

So how are we to know before we start the job if the vehicle will get the vibration? Do we not use the full height adjustment on 5100's or is there a something we need to see like a particular cv on the ram. I would love to level my Laramie and rock a set of 305s but I just don't think it's worth the hassle....yet...

Good luck with whatever you decide to try

I agree with Hukiah who agrees with Crash. Love our Bilstein kit and would do it again without hesitating.

curious i have a 2010 ram 1500 with just a basick cheap level kit that i put in a year ago ever since then ive notices that the handleing of the truck has gone to crap! it has 33x12.5 nitto trail graplers on it aswel. ive been looking around at a bunch of kits and cant decide which one would be better for improving the handleing of my truck or if it would at all? im looking at the full rancho quick lift kit all around. or the fox kit all around. and recently ive heard about the bilstien shocks and wondering what all goes together with that if it uses thr stock springs and whatnot? if anyone has any sugestsions or testimony on theser kits that would be awesome!/Users/cleverd_77/Pictures/iPhoto Library/Masters/2012/12/02/20121202-121150/IMG_1421.JPG
