I feel the same as you JHamilton. I tinted my windows and the black pillars actually look good with the tinted windows. I dont like the look of the stick on the outside window visors on any of the rams especially with the black pillars.. Get the in channel visors, they look soooo much better and won't flap in the wind going down the road.

Well apparently my 2011 ST came with factory colored window pillars. When did they switch it??

I wonder why??? Its weird because I like the look of the paint underneath a LOT better than a plastic black sticker over the top of it. Really strange the thinking sometimes.

I JUST had my dealership replace the driver's side blackout since it was cracking in places (factory apparently didn't stick them on correctly). I didn't realize they were just stickers or I would have just told them to take all of them off instead of waiting for a month and a half for them to get the replacement.

As far as the de-badging goes, I just did that after bringing the truck home and used the non-chemical method. Worked like a champ once I got the hang of it. Search youtube for "The Proper Way to Debadge Your Truck".

What solvent are you using to remove it?

I used a professional solvent to remove my badges, but W-D40 will work. I did not remove my black out, it looks good with my tinted windows, in channel visors and topper with dark side windows.
