Default DSP 87 Tune vs 93 Tune

2009 5.7L Hemi 1500 Quad Cab - Magna Flo; K & N CAI & Diablo U7137 currently running 87 Oct Tune. Had some noticeable difference once tranny shifts out of 2nd gear but no real good lauch. Does anyone know if there will be a difference in HP & Torque if I move to 93 Octane Tune. Also has anyone found any other features all I show is abiltiy to change tire size on DSP.

I wondered the same thing. Not a great launch but hitting it when going 20 or so its fast as hell.

I'm running the 91 tune. All I can get here is 91.

you can find some more options (like disabling MDS) when you're installing a tune by choosing "modify tune" before you install the tune.

The 93 tune will have a little more power, but I don't think it's going to be a night and day difference from the 87 tune. If you want to try the 93 tune, I'd suggest running a tank full of 93 gas through first, since the 93 tune will definitely cause knocking with any remaining 87 octane gas left in the system.

Ok, so you have to modify the tune first before installing it. I have already installed the tune, can I modify and then re-install or do I need to install factory tune and start over.
