Default Transmission not auto shift

Had this transmission rebuilt about 18 months ago.At that time I had them replace governor pressure solenoid and pressure sensor. It just started not shifting into 3rd gear automatically. If I move into neutral then back to drive while moving it will shift into 3rd then into overdrive fine. This happens most of the time. I replaced the governor pressure solenoid and pressure sensor and new screen and fluid. But still doing the same thing. Any suggestions on what might be next.

How long was your warranty? Take it back and have them look at it.

Default out of warranty

Was not happy with the shop that rebuilt it. Took 3x the amount of time to do it then they quoted. Was not a very good exchange when I picked it up.
Still looking for another option on self repair.

Get some references and take it to another shop. Trannys are something you have to know how to fix or you could really screw it up. I wouldn't mess with it.
