Set them at the highest possible setting, and you'll be fine.

Measure a bit first but highest setting usually works the best.

I have mine set at second highest setting 2.1" the front is still 1/4" lower but thats ok because the rear will sag when I hook up my boat trailer and I do nor want the nose high while towing! I have a thread in the suspension lift section if you want to see pics http://www.ramforumz.com/showthread.php?t=67017

The highest setting is like 2.8 I just thought that would be alittle to high. I dont do alot of hauling, so maybe the highest setting but i will measure first.

so if I buy these shocks and say a 2.5 in leveling block will I get a total of 4+ inches of lift?

In theory yes but you almost certainly will be creating an angle problem on your front axle shafts leading to a dreaded death wobble problem. There really is no "shortcut" to getting that kind of lift. You will be much better of researching and buying a QUALITY lift kit that is engineered properly to deal with the angle issues. It will definately cost you more but in the long run be cheaper because you wont be tearing things out that don't work or cause damage or premature wear to your truck. I am not an expert and this is just my humble opinion.

Just take a look in the suspension lifting forum at the threads about leveling and see for yourself, there are quite a few members who have been unhappy with their results in using blocks or spacers to acheive a "level" truck never mind lifting them

My TRX has the HD shock package on it, if I put the Bilstein shocks on it will I be losing anything? I would love to have my truck level.
