Default need help, very rough cold start idle

About 50% of the time when I cold start my engine, I have to pump on the gas for a minute or so before the engine will pickup and idle on it's own. Even when it does so, it's a very rough idle while the engine is warming up. Once it's warm after a while, it turns over and idles fine on it's own. Also, when driving down the road the engine seems to want to shut off for a brief second, almost like when an alternator goes bad, but I know a bad alt isn't the case. I've noticed it seems like it wants to shut off when trying to pull in the lower rpms. It's not missing at all, I've already replaced all the plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor button a few months back. This symptom has gotten progressively worse over time, and I'm not sure where to begin, sensing fuel delivery problems. I've changed where I've gotten fuel, thinking it was bad gas. I put a bottle of rubbing alcohol in the tank thinking there was water in the fuel, either to no avail. Next I would think the fuel filter, but I'm pretty sure there isn't a serviceable fuel filter on my model. Vacuum leak? PCV valve? Bad/dirty injectors? Bad fuel pump? I have no idea. Any suggestions or insight at all would be greatly appreciated

Most likely your IAC unit. It is located on the back of your throttle body and controls the idle.

You are correct , you don't have a servicable fuel filter . Make sure the throttle body is good and clean . Are you going through any oil ? If so , it could be a bad intake manifold plenum gasket .

Yes I am going through more oil than usual. I don't see how it could be the IAC since the engine seems to want to buck and almost stall while on the road (not only when idling) as I stated above. I'll look at the throttle body and clean it then try changing the plenum gasket. Thanks

IAC controls the air mix all the time not just at Idle. That is a common misconception.
