Default 96 1500 computer problems

96 dodge 1500 4x4. Started with 2 codes. idle air control for engine and overdrive solenoid, torque converter, electrical circuit for transmission(tranny all one code so could of been any of the three). replaced the IAC valve and suddenly tranny worked and no new codes. After 1 day started acting up again. Now truck wont run unless slight throttle is applied and then it lopes severely. No codes generate and in between lopes the gen light, engine light, and cruise light flash. Installed new firewall mounted computer and it ran perfect for about ten minutes or so then same problem.

When you replaced the iac, did you clean the tb good? I f you removed the neg. batt. termnl. when you replcd the iac, the computer may need program, "learn" proper idle position again. See IAC cleaning procedures in threads.
