Hi all. I was wondering why are there no drainage hole in the bottom of the doors?

i never fell under my truck yet, so i had no reason to look up at the bottom of the doors

i never thought to look when it was up on the hoist, i was too busy drilling holes in the truck bed

I looked because doors on some vehicles rust out, so I look when the truck is new to make sure there are holes in the bottom of the doors. Well, there are none and I wonder why not? When it rains, where does the water go?
