Default 8 spark plugs vs. 16 spark plugs

Hello All,
Happy New Year!!!
I recently aquired a 2007 Ram 1500 Quad Cab with 5.7L Hemi from the company I work for. I have driven the truck since new with only 16 miles on it and now it has 97,000, no spark plug changes. Even though the schedule to replace is 30,000 miles, I have never noticed any performance issues. I didn't really think about spark plugs until it became my truck and now I've been researching plug replacement. I have noticed that my 5.7L only has 8 spark plugs vs what I have found on the internet. I can only find information on 16 plugs systems for the 2007 model year? Does anyone know why the vehicle I have is different from the norm. Is there a power difference between the two engines?

Thanks,
BC

Default 8 spark plugs vs 16 spark plugs

Thanks for the warm welcome. I am so glad I found this forum.

All badging and engine stickers indicate that it is a 5.7L Hemi. Please see attached pics. Did Dodge put a fake Hemi in my newly aquired truck?

Yes I plan to put a throatier exhaust system and maybe some other mods. I hope to learn alot from this community forum as to what is out there. And hopeful learn some tips and tricks. I use to have Mustangs when I was younger and love tweaking them out for more HP. I may not go to the same extremes but I will still play with my toy.
