Default Urgent info needed

Ok guys help me out on this one.

If any of you have been reading, two weeks ago my Transfer Case drain plug/clutch fork pin fell out while I was driving. After waiting two weeks for a new one (truck out of service) I got it back supposedly repaired.

Now when the truck is in full time 4 wheel lock, I get a bad vibration at between 45-50 MPH with a light and steady throttle. It seams to be coming from the Transfer Case. The truck only has 10K miles on it. The vibration is similar to when you go over the multiple groves in the pavement on a highways edge next to the white line.

I have 2010 Larame. If any of you guys with the same truck can try this and tell me if you get the same noise I would greatly appreciate it.

The dealer is telling me, that Dodge says this is normal. I don't think so, as it never made that noise before. Now they are refusing to do anything more about it. And yes I have been on the phone with the corporate office.

Thanks again.

Humming vibration or wheel moving slightly type of vibration? Feel it though the whole vehicle or more of a noise thing?

Simple thoughts:
-Full time 4 wheel drive lock? Why? Are you on a hard surface, or snow & ice? Because that is a lot of stress for the drivetrain if you're not. (sorry for the obvious questions, but I have to ask to be sure)
-Have you verified the oil level on the tranny/transfer case?
-Have you verified the driveshaft bolts (front or rear) for tightness?
-Are you certain this is not tire balancing issues? Because that speed is awfully close to where tires show issues, if they are not balanced.
-It is possible that they accidentally threw off the balance of the driveshaft (front or rear) and it may need to be rebalanced.

HUmming vibration.

And all the things you suggested were checked by the dealer.
Tires not issue as it does not do it in 2 wheel drive or 4 wheel auto

I've never seen this happen before. Who did the repair? I'd keep at it with the dealer.

The only humming/vibration noise I have experienced with my RAM was a intermediate driveshaft carrier bearing problem.

Just a thought:
This is a forum, not a repair shop. Most of the time it's a great place to get help and share ideas but it has obvious limitations. Having attitude about about it does not generally make ppl jump up to assist.
