YIKES!!!!

That is definately not right! I know you said your lower arms are stock, but does anyone know if the procomp lifts use different hubs/spindles? Because what I am seeing is that the spindle (hub) is contacting the control arm. Bad Juju.

Its possible that whoever installed the lift, did so improperly, without adjusting your steering. Is it that way on the other side? If not, thats what it was. As far as altering that hub, feel free, it wont hurt anything. But it isnt going to solve your problem, Your rack is out of adjustment, more than likely the inner rods (inside the rack and pinion) need to be adjusted. Take it to a lift shop and have the steering rake adjusted, otherwise you are going to break a control arm. I would replace those arms too. Thats yucky.

Did you buy the truck with the lift? Or was it like that when you bought it. Do you know the shop that did the install? If so I would be on their doorstep in the morning. ANY serious hit from a rut or hole that the truck could normally take, will snap that control arm, its weakened right at a crucial point.

Hope this helps.

I have an 03 1500 4X4 with a 6" BDS lift and 35X12.50R20 tires and my turning radius was really effected when I put all this on as well.

Maybe both of us should contact procomp and send in pics , two trucks the same with the same problem in differnet states , something is not right, I am leaning more towards our rims , offset and spacer tho then a procomp problem!I am leaning towards a bigger spacer , I beleave my spacer is 1/2" and im sure I could get 3/4" spacers and that might put it far enough away that it doesnt contact. Thats makes another issue, I like using the smallest spacer I can! need inputs

Was at work today thinking about this issue , it has nothing to do with the offset , duh lol! It could be how the travel was setup , but im curious if any of the stock 4x4s are doing the samething , can someone that has a stock 4x4 look and see if your spindel is digging into your arm also??

I would definetly contact pro comp on this one, and get that A Arm replaced. I'd go as far as to not drive the truck in that kind of shape. Pro comp needs to do something about that.
