According to the build sheet, your truck has rear wheel anti-lock only. If you'd like a copy of the build sheet, shoot me an e-mail to RamForumzTech@aol.com and I'll send you one.

From my experience, the RWAL system in these vehicles gives no pedal feedback when the system is engaged. I have had my truck since it was new and have never felt pedal feedback, and I've locked the brakes up lots of times.

If the rear wheels are locking up bad, look at the fronts. When adjusted properly, front should lockup before(slightly)the rears. If the rears are locking before the fronts, either there is a problem with the front brakes or with the distribution of hydraulic pressure between the axles. I would start by rebuilding/replacing the front calipers. I need to do the same thing as my right-front locks up long before my left-front.

Good Luck!

Sounds like you confirmed what a few other people told me. If theres a problem with the hydraulic pressure or distribution, would I just replace the master cylinder or is there something else to look at? What would I need to do to rebuild the calipers? I've never rebuilt one, just replaced them but I see on autozone.com that a "brake caliper kit" is only 2.99 so thats something I might look into and save a few bucks. What about rear wheel cylinders? Would that be causing any issues?
