Default Truck wont move..but goes in gear??

My 04 ram 1500 5.7 hemi 4x4 has always gave me trouble.back in dec.of 2008 it lost all it's power i drove it to the shop they said the right side was dead.and i was only on 4 cyl..well long story short it fixed it's self when it wormed up.been a good truck since till now 2 years later. Went out the other morning started it up put it in gear and it would not move..i have it in the garage now i took the transmission pan off and took off both filters. Plan on getting new ones this friday after i get paid. Fluid looked good nothing in the pan.i think my truck has a electrical problem because of what it did in the past and right before this it was not shifting in to the last gear going down the road so i would pull over and shut it off then start it back up then it would be fine but now it wont pull when i put it in gear does anyone know where i should look at to find the electrical problem? Like i said they could only tell me before that the right side was dead and it had nothing else wrong..they said they have never seen a hemi do this.truck has 200,000 miles on it still runs as good as day 1 except when it wants to have a mind of its own...thanks...

I have never had them scan it.thanks for the welcome. Also check light has been on since i have owned it.and it was on when they checked it they said it had no codes but the right side bank was dead and they thought it might be the timming chain.they said they have never seen a hemi do this. But anyways the motor is very strong i pull a racecar with it just about all year.the transmission has never gave me any trouble untill it would not shift into high gear unless i pulled over and shut it off and restarted it.then all the sudden just would not move linkages are fine....maybe new filters and fluid will fix it. Could it be the torque converter???

I'd take Tom's suggestion and get all the codes read. Then come back here and tell us what they say. You could have multiple things causing the problem or simply a speed sensor that is not triggering the shift points.

here are the code's po128,po700,po405,p2706,po151,po128,po700,po151... .thanks i hope someone knows what it might be.truck still gets to where it dont want to shift to overdrive and when i push the overdrive button on the shifter it dont do anything thats what makes me think it is electrical but it is getting worse at not wanting to pull when i stop at a red light 1 time it will go good 1 time i have to mash the gas to the floor to get it going...
