Default Noob lift questions

Well I have been looking around the forum to find help in suspension upgrades for 2010 rams, but I feel like I am getting more confused...

Well my question is, is there ANY suspension lifts for a 2WD 2010 Dodge Ram 1500?

I'm sorry if it is a FAQ, but I can't seem to be finding an answer to this question.
I'm specifically wondering is the Mopar 4" lift would work for a 2WD ram, or anything similar to that...

Check this out, also comes in just a 4"
http://www.cstsuspension.com/product.../productID/462

And you can find it for less if you shop around a bit.

Yeah I have seen the CST lifts, i might go with that route, but i think the Performance Accessories 5" inch lift will work for me. It is only $500+, that would work for me.

The thing with the Performance Accessories lift is that 3" of it is a body lift. The CST would be the way to go in all honesty. When you see the numbers like 5" and 7" they are not as big when you are talking about a 4x4. Think of it like this, on a 2wd a 7" lift is like a 5"(around there) on a 4x4. From factory a 4x4 will sit a bit higher then a 2wd. The 7" is the way to go thats for sure.

Body lifts is a lot more in labor costs to have installed also...They have a lot of cutting, wire streching, bumper moving etc...The body lift will also get "Creekie" noise sounds to it....Also, with suspension lift you can always lower it back down to normal...They both look good...Just something to think about....

????? I've put many miles on an '09 Dodge 1500 with a 3" body lift (and a leveling kit). No "creekie" noise.

It could go back to stock any day.

Dunno about that. My old one never creaked and I think labor is the same if not more than a suspension lift.
