When the engine gets warm, does it go away? I know my throttle body whistles under some load but it goes away after a few minutes. Thats on my 5.9 though.

Its doing it almost always at the same rpm range.

And it is all after I changed my spark plugs, which required me to take of the CAI. I did nothing else. I am thinking of just getting a new K&N CAI soon.

But seriously, it sounds like I have a turbo on this.

as for the sound if it sounds like a high pitch whistle that you could make it is just your throttle body and it is amplefied by a cai or high flow air cleaner

Thanks, yea I have ruled it out to be the cai because after cleaning the cai and the throttle body the whistle got louder.

No, no interference*, my radio is aftermarket and I know I hooked it up correctly.

It is for sure coming from the:

cai air filter -> cai tube -> rubber fitting between cai and throttle body -> throttle body

I've got the same problem with my 07' Hemi. Just started happening recently. Nothing has changed either, I changed the spark plugs about 3 months ago, and this just started happening about a week ago. I know its not my radio because you can still hear it when its off. My whistle is directly related to how much the throttle is open though, it almost sounds like there is a hole somewhere in the intake. Its alittle cold to do too much investigation but maybe you guys have some suggestions. Everything is stock except for a K&N filter. When I say directly related to throttle I mean the whistling gets louder and higher pitched the more i have the accelerator press down.
