Default How can I bypass the NAVIGATION LOCK on a myGIG RHB?

I want to bypass the nav motion lock...

I'm not really interested in all the stuff the LOCKPICK offers. I am just looking to unlock the navigation.

Is there a firmware or code or something that anyone is aware of?

This is on a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500

Are your nav maps DVD based? I've seen some "hack NAV" discs here and there on some forums that allow you to change destination in motion vs. having to stop. The maps looked to be the same though.

Good Luck!

It shouldn't keep my passenger from helping me out and plug in the addresses though!

Guys. Our allgig unlocks video and navigation in motion. The allgig plugs into the back of the radio and then the features work. If you want to add anything like a rear camera/ dvd player/monitors or game system you would also need our av cable. This thread tells you everything you need to know.

http://ramforumz.com/showthread.php?t=62504

ps,
This vehicle has a sophisticated can bus system, you will not find a "code" or hack" online.
Our product has specially designed software and hardware that was developed using test vehicles such
as our 07 Jeep Saraha with the mygig radio.

Default 2011 Ram 1500 730N Head Unit

Susanna,
I bought a new Ram 1500 Laramie today, but had to sacrifice the rear entertainment in order to get the rest of the truck with the options I wanted.
It has the 730N Head Unit, does your product unlock the Nav in Motion and DVD in Motion?
Do you have an installation video or .pdf for the 2011 Ram?
Rob

with the 730N & want to change destinations or find a gas station or some place else while driving
First press the NAV button, then press the TALK button, top right corner button, you will be prompted to make a choice of several things, (just like when using the hands free phone to make calls), you can use voice commands to do many things while driving

the video stuff needs the Allgig or something similar

unless you have a good friend with access to a StarScan tool, Shhhhhhhhh
read this for EVERYTHING you should know about your RER, REN, REU radios

The allgig is going to unlock the navigation and video while in motion. If you also get the av cable you will be able to add rear monitors/dvd/gamesystem and cameras.
