Default how do you remove air dam?

is there a trick to removing the air dam on my 07 ram? Lookin down there and its not lookin like it will come off very easily?

I believe there are plastic screw like fastners with spreaders that hold on the dam. I have removed them by breaking some of them and putting new ones on when re-instering the dam. You can get these type of fasteners at any auto shop and hardware store. Also, I have successfully removed a few of them by folding down the spreaders but I lost patience on a few and just cut them off.
