Default Wheels smoked on dyno

Had my truck on a dyno today so I could dial in the speedo, turned the ESP button off but the wheels still smoked like crazy and I had to shut it down. I dont know if it was the traction control or the abs. Is there a way to shut everything off so it can be put on the dyno. Also want to add that the tire size adjustment on the DS Predator is not accruate, my tires are just over
34" and in order to get the correct MPH I ended up with a 33" setting on the Predator

IDK man i never had that issue when i did my previous 2 dyno's. Might have been the guy running the dyno incorrectly?

yes the rear is applying brakes, I had to deal with that issue at my local dyno shop. He confirmed it by pointing a temp. gun at rear discs. Find another shop that knows how to put your truck on dyno mode.

yea..it's the dyno guys..I've seen diesels with over 1k lbs tq dyno and i've never seen one squeel a dyno...

As for the 34" vs 33" tire size, I'm curious what the tires measure when you put a tape measure to them.

I think the ABS fuse needs to be removed in order to dyno. I had to do that on my Jeep SRT8.

What about holding the key forward, shut down everything on mine and allows my to lay a nice patch, other wise a chirp and only on old ashphalt never on cement.

Truck should dyno with the ESP off and in Manual Shift Mode... 3rd gear is what I use on mine

Have you guys done any testing with the manual shift and running the truck in drive? Question is which one does better shift wise (faster and more direct) also to those who drag race which one did you run a better time with?
