Default Wheels/tires/lift advice.. 285/65/20 BFG with CST?

I have a 2010 dodge 1500 2wd. I would like to lift it right away, but I'm having a hard time deciding which direction to go. I've seen many with the CST lift and 35 12.50's. They look good, but I'd like something slightly different.

Would a CST lift with a 285/65/20 BFG AT (34.7''x 11.5'') look decent? I figured this would give it a look of just a stock looking large truck.

My preference would be the CST lift with a body lift and 37's on 22's, but I'm sure the fuel economy would take a drastic drop compared to the smaller BFG's.

Those that have lifted 4th gens, what kind of fuel economy are you seeing? I've been in the diesel seen for the last 11 years, so I'm out of the loop on the gassers. All answers and advice is appreciated..

Honestly, it shouldn't look that bad. 35's are a popular choice for that lift, but it all comes down to what you like.

A former member here had the 7" CST lift & 3" body lift installed with 38's on 22's, and he claimed 9.8 MPG (if that helps)
