Default question about 18 in rims

Im looking to put 18 in rims on my stock 2004 quad cab 5.7l.
The rims are 18 X 9 rockstar rims with a 0mm offset and and 5.00 backspacing
The tires are 285/60/18

are these going to fit? i know the seller says they will fit but i just want to make sure because people will say anything to sell something.

I don't see a problem with that setup at all, shouldn't be any rubbing.

So they're 31.4 inches tall and 11.50 inches wide. Totally fine. The stock 265s are not much smaller.

They will fit. I have 18's on my truck... Just know that your factory wheel is about a +25 offset so the 0 offset will probably make the wheel and tire stick out just a tad, not bad, but definitely more than stock. I have a +10 offset and 275/70/18's and my tire sidewall is pretty much even with the wheel well side.

im fine if they stick out a little bit i actually like the look of that. but i just wanted to make sure i wasn't going to have any problems getting them to fit on the truck. because when i bought rims for my charger they were a +35 offset and needed to be +24 so i had to get a spacer to stop the, from rubbing on the control arm. i dont want to have to do that with the truck and thats why i was asking.

Here's a good site that explains offset, backspacing and other wheel technical info:
