Default NV 4500 Clutch Problem

Hey Gang

So here is the scoop 2 months ago I for the First time in my life take my truck into a good reserched transmission Shop. My truck had the what I thought was a Throw out bearing failure Knock that goes away when you depress the clutch Pedal. So the shop takes the tranny Outs it was not the throw out bearing but the Pilot bearing that was Missing hence when you Depress the clutch it would stablize the Out put Shaft. SO new dodge clutch and after market output shaft and front bearing truck is back up. first few days of driving I can hear what sounds like a Bearing Chatter at 78 to 100 Kmh gets worse when you put pressure on the shifter. I warn the shop about it , then 4 days ago the knock starts again. It is going back into the tranny shop all the parts are warranteed. I was wondering could it be the Ring gear Pilot hole was not Inspected and they just crambed the new pilot bearing in it and its wondering around now . as for the Bearing chatter sound think they didnt inspect the shift Dogs maybe .

Could be that the input shaft where it rides on the bushing or bearing could have been damaged from not having a pilot bushing or bearing.

If the pilot bearing has failed again, I'd think it might be a crank problem.
