Default Still having Tranny OD/lockup problems?

Its a 99 1500, 5.9, The tranny was rebuilt not too long ago, everything seems fine other then it not wanting to stay in lockup on the highway, I replaced the TPS & no luck, it seems fine untill i'm at highway speeds for a few miles, then it acts up, even to the point when i exit the highway it'll sometimes "bang" or ingage hard in lockup/OD, the fluid is still pink with no signs of burning, i just don't get it. Any ideas, i know it seems alot of people are having this problem, i've also cleaned the battery terminals.

Sounds like an internal problem. If you had it built at a shop, let them have a look at it.

What's the outcome? Sounds like it's staying in lockup while shifting>
