Default HVAC: Air (heat) Only Comes Out Defrost Outlet

I only get air (heat) out my defrost vent and some, very little out the dash vents. Last summer I use to hear a POP when it would switch from defrost to dash or floor. Now it only comes out the defrost and some vent no matter what position the selector is in. My feet freeze.
Is this a stuck door or is it more serious? I guess if the dash has to come out it is serious $$$.
Is it something I might be able to fix or is it a dealer repair only?
I need to mention this is a 2007 quad cab 1500 slt 4x4 5.7 with about 47k.

You've got mode door problems. The dash will have to come out to access the motors and doors. It doesn't have to go to the dealer for the repair but you will probably need to get your parts there.
