Do you have a factory backup cam? maybe for removing the tailgate. I got one with mine for that purpose, it closes off the connections when the tailgate is removed.

i had some parts bags left in my glove box too, could have been the bag holding the locking lugnuts, maybe

going to the dealer on sat for the bedliner and floormats they owe me so i'l find out what was supposed to be in the bag

Here's a link to an aftermarket pigtail to put a Tekonsha Prodigy in a 2010 Ram 1500. Should work for 2011 too I would think. Sounds like the dealers don't want to lose business to the aftermarket controllers.

Still no new news. But will keep hounding the dealer for info. Seems like after the sale service has droped to a new low. Dissappointng.

got the pigtail from the dealer part #68049133aa. i went down to get the bedliner and slush mats that the dealer owed. me after an hour they told me that my truck was ready. went to look at it and they had installed a cheap aftermarket bed liner but the floor mats weren't there .went and found the salesman who got the sales manager and showed them the bedliner. the sales manager was almost as pissed as i was. he went into the service dept and ordered them to bring in a new truck, take out it's liner and put it into mine (which is what i suggested 2 weeks ago) he then went to parts and told them to reorder the mats bow and either ship them to me or have someone bring them to my house which is an hour away. things would be so much easier if people just did theirs jobs right in the first place. but at least the sales manager is working to get things right. hopefully the floor mats will arrive soon and this will be settled.

thanks for the info pjs1660 i will check with dealer on that #. sorry to hear about your luck with the dealer on the bedliner and floor mats. Im keeping my fingers crossed that my dealer comes through on the bedliner they owe me. i am waiting to fill out the owner survey until this deal is totally complete, and will then fill it out, due to some of there misleading practices.
