yes pjs1660 i am, route 59 & 14. they treated me ok but the finance guy lied to me while lookin me in the eye. just makes u second guess what kinda service u will get from there on out. they did beat the price verses another dealer got my deposit to get my truck. then had to locate another truck, that cost alittle more, and so on and so on. what type of issues you having? im still waiting on a bedliner

in our case it's been mostly because of the 1 hour distance to the dealership. i had originally emailed them on a fri to came down and look at the 2 outdoorsmans they had on their web site and on ebay. we set up a time to come down on that sun when we met with a salesman he told us the black one was sold but head out back to the truck section while he got the keys wandered through the snow and cold and no green truck. gee iguess it was sold. he said he could get us one from another dealer for the same price but i wanted to test drive one first he brought out a 3.7st work truck that looked like a piece of crap compaired to out 05 quad slt. made him get us a quad slt 4x4 hemi they gave us a good trade in price so we made a deal one they got from a dealer in kent but it didn't have a bedliner as advertised also it showed up missing the slush floormats then 15 miles down the road the power seat module fell and cut a wire on the seat track.that was fixed the following weekend. the rest of the bedliner info you know( i hope they don't try to give you the one they tried to give us) overall i feel we got a good deal the truck we got had a few extras their advertized ones didn't, the salesman, jeff put in some nice carpeted mats for us to go home with (That they are not getting back when the slush mats come in)he has done pretty well helping us with these problems. also andy the new car sales mgr was very helpfull on sat.the place just has a run down look and feeling to it and they don't seem to have much attention to detail i'm just going to keep after them in any thing i need and not settle for second best after all the big money for our trucks was first rate

i know what ur saying, i went there directly from a dealer closer to me with paperwork. they low balled me on my trade then i showed them the appraisal from an hour earlier and $2,000 higher they matched it, linda was good, but told me 2011 literature wasnt available yet, but i already had it in my truck from other dealer. andy was good. finance guy (greg) pissed me off. lied right to my face, bummer. customer survey is sitting in my email box. i know those r important cause i bought a new truck in 2005 and the salesman promised me a$300.00 mopar gift certificate and didnt produce it. so i put that in my survey and he called me in less than a week bitching at me. yeah the place could use a facelift. lakewood is a cruise im only about 20 miles north of them. i told him i wanted a bedliner that said hemi on it, lol he claims thats why its taking so long.

Dealer just told me that dodge has stated that a integrated brake controller add-on kit should be available for 2011 models on march 1st, we will see. These kits should come with the necessary software to add it to the evic system.

so a kit for whatever cost? Then you will somehow have to have software for the evic....which is flashed from Dealer connect or starscan....I am curios how this is going to work. Starscan or dealer connect flashes based on sales codes which are added by the dealer or service department to the central database. Best of luck, keep us updated on the process.

This thread makes me glad I have surge brakes on my boat trailer. Still a good read though...as if I ever go any bigger than an 18-footer, I may want the electric brakes.
