Cool How do you fix a Dent?

I have a dent in the rear of my truck my trucks dirty if i need to clean it and get a better pic i can just let me no, but I'm just wondering if you guys have a idea hear it is

The best way I can tell ya to do it is to lay a 2"x4" long ways across the dent from edge of bed to wheel well. On the inside beat the metal out with a rubber mallet untill it contacts the 2"x4". Start at the body line above the dent and work your way down. It looks like the inner lip of the wheel well is bent out, lay the 2"x4" on the back side and beat the inner lip so its back to its original 90 degree bend. Make sure you do this in that order. Hope I didnt confuse ya. Hope this helps.
