So you swapped out to the 3.8 pulley? 400 RW LB/FT is pretty damn good.

Nope it is a stock 07 pulley with 09 pulley system on 07 ram motor. our heads are smaller is the reason i am almost sure. 09 pulley put 10 lbs in the motor..

Huh? That didn't make any sense. There is no "stock 07 pulley" for the truck supercharger, unless your refering to the 5.7 car blower pulley. Which is still a little confusing. The blower should have either a 3.4" (doubt yours does as this is for the 6.1L) 3.6" or 3.8"

Whats the Diameter on your blower pulley, or better yet, just post up the 9 digit Magnuson part #.

Mucho appriciado

i was going off his words until i found the spare pulley for the S/C it's self
3.400 comes with the 09 ram s/c kit
the one i have is it look like 3.7 P/N 570006037 looking at my receipt

on another Note

she runs great not leaning out but i dropped 3rd 4th and 5th gears and it look electronic right now gonna take it to dodge and see if i can warranty an engine with 31k mile. the truck thinks it is in gear and just revs.

Sorry to hear about your trans problems but did I understand correctly? You are going to take your supercharged truck into the dealer and ask for it to be warrantied?

I hope you have a friend up there who will hook you up.

They have to prove the aftermarket part broke the tranny, if it is electronic I should be fine. Tranny replace I won't be able to get away with. And 31800 mile 200 with the s/c after they finished. The shop thinks is a sensor failure the computer thinks it is in gear. And it just revs. If it is a tranny ats is my next purchase

I know the law but only if it were that easy. What I've seen happen is someone brings in a mod'd vehicle and the dealership says that becuase you did this mod the warranty is voided and we aren't going to cover it.

What do you do at this point? Once they turn you away how do you get them to work on your truck? Now it's on you to prove to them that your mod wasn't the cause and that they should honor the warranty. do you really think they are going to run tests and spend money to prove to you that a mod was the cause. No, all they have to say is no we aren't doing the work and then the ball is basically in your court.

I really hope it works out for you. I've been amazed at some of the leniency of some dealerships from stories I've seen posted on other forums. I would suggest getting all your info together before going in. That way if they do say no you can ask for the service manager and present your case.

I had the same problem after dynoing my twin turbo setup. It turned out that I cooked the overdrive frictions.
