Default Bucks kicks and backfires out tailpipes

Idles fine, and accelerates ok...just when holding steady speed, seems almost like getting crossfire from wires possibly...new cap rotor plugs pcv and air filter. Also done test to check bellypan gasket and get no suction at valve covers...check engine light flashes under hard acceleration, possibly extreme lean cuz it pings when it does that...

A misfire caused by a lean condition? Sounds like a good possibility to me. Check this out if you think you have an inductive misfire. http://www.ramforumz.com/showthread.php?t=46269

Plugs, cap, rotor, wires helped alot. Still a little backfire when holding steady speed, but 100 per cent better. Also replaced O2 sensor and no check enging light on. Thanks for your help
