Default Issue after installing Rock Solid Ram Steering bushing

Hi all, long time lurker on this forum but registered today. First off want to say thanks for all the info so many of you have posted to the forums. It's helped me a lot.

Here's my issue. I had the Rock Solid steering bushing installed at a local shop at the same time I was having a new Borgeson box installed. Ever since then the gear shifter moves when I turn the wheel. Does this mean the inner diameter of the bushing wasn't sanded enough or did they muck up something when they installed it? They told me they pulled the column completely out to install it. I'd really like to know if I can sand the bushing more to correct this or if it's an issue with the column itself. I'll probably have to pull the whole column again to remove the bushing so I'm halfway tempted to have a backup column available if something goes wrong. Here's a video of what I'm dealing with now.

Default

Spray it,,,see if that helps. If so then sand a bit. Or maybe a spray grease like lithium would get up in there.
