ram tech what's with some of these dealers? mrroader14 and i bought identical trucks from the same dealer a week apart both of our outdoorsmans were missing the factory slush mats his came in a couple of weeks . i';ve been waiting a month. after 2 weeks they said my bedliner was in but it was a piece of junk aftermarket one that i refused and they took one out of a truck on their lot, he got his today after 3 weeks when i asked about the flashing of a factory trailer brake control that i put in myself they said sure, but when he asked they said it wouldnt work what,s the truth? do just want to get our original sales dollars and could'nt care less about customer service. i can't see how some of these places stay in business
