I had this problem and took it to the dealer many times to figure it out.. the only thing that seems to have worked was when they cleaned out the water drainage tracks. There are tracks all along the truck where water is supposed to run off which is why sealing spots doesn't really work. the problem is happening again because im guessing it has gotten clogged again.
