Default Wierd Sound From Front - Rubbing/Clunk

Just developed a wierd noise in my new truck. On bumps/turning at slow speeds theres a rubbing sound coming from the front on the truck. Sounds like the sound hard rubber beeing rubbed against hard rubber, like a dull thud sound.

Got under the truck, pulled on the tie rods, dont feel any play, greased everything up, jacked up each wheel and tried to move it around, doesnt seem to be any excess play. I'm at a loss

Trucks a 07 Ram with 140,000 KMs on it, leveled 2'' by Truxxx, with 285/65/20 tires.

Tires arent rubbing anywhere, brakes dont appear to be sticking as i can spin them freely in the air.

Any input appreaciated, new to these trucks, not sure where to look.

Bad sway barn end links and bushing are a possible cause but they won't appear to be bad.

Someone else mentioned that to me, might change em out as I'm told they're relatively cheap.

My hope is its something smaller that doesnt require alot of work like wheel bearings.

Bearings will make a growling noise or have play in them when they go bad.

I dont think I have warranty anymore lol. Would the leveling kit wear the struts out faster?

I asked them that because my truck is only 3 years old and like RamTech said they said it wouldn't. Maybe they just aren't the best quality ?
