I don't think anyone would expect the thing to drop 10-15 hp after install even with whatever super safe tune they send out.
I wonder what would happen if you just went back to the stock tune

Not your secret sauce or revised stuff, I got it that that's proprietary, just what you started with, which for an 09 Ram should not be dramatically different or proprietary, although I have to say I bet you didn't start at 291. If I am only making 366, I have to believe that it has more in it and before I start leaning on timing or leaning fuel too much, I'd frankly like to see if where it is now has anything to do with where it started. I'd pm you but not enough posts.
If i were you i would get it CMR tuned or get a tune from hemifever.

That's what is being used, CMR software. The tuner is experienced, not the problem, we have room and he knows what he's doing. Just curious why the starter was so rich and off.

maybe they gave you the maggie tune for the 8# pulley kits??? although I'm not sure it would add that much more fuel over the 6# tune.

Doubt it. Either way, not quite where it needs to be. We'll get it figured out, one of these days.

Well, Keep us posted. I'm working on getting the 09 accesories and timing cover as we speak. Just ordered the Flex-a-lite. Figure if I can get everything running on the 09 timing cover and whatnot, then I'll buy a kit.

I had the same problem when I installed a Vortech supercharger on a customers '04 Mustang 4.6l. We mailed away the stock computer to Vortech for them to put in their tune and it was way off. The car felt super weak after the install so we got it dyno tuned and picked up 100rwhp! The Vortech tune was was rich and not even close.
