humm... keep us up to date on this. I had one on my old Tacoma and loved it with no issues. I plan to order one for my Ram asap. So, I am very interested to see what is up with yours.

Mine is not as bad as yours but it has a small dent. I have only had it up one time to remove the third brake light. Don

I haven't had a chance to call yet. Swamped at work and a little guy with the flu.

Called Bakflip on Tuesday. They asked for pictures to help describe the problem. Emailed some pics but no response yet. Here is another picture, do you think I am overreacting? I just think over time the rubber seals will have holes worn in them.

Did you put the round rubber things on the cover to keep it from going all the way against the window? That way it would sit more straight up. Just a thought. Don

Yeah, I installed the foam bumpers. There is no other way than that to limit how far forward the cover tips. Thanks though.

hmmm im not too too familiar witht he backflips, but is it possible that the cover is on backwords? because if the sections are different lengths then it should only fold up properly one way

No, they are installed the correct way. Almost, impossible to put them on backwards.

Still no response, guess they aren't too concerned. Can't say I'm very impressed.
