Default 08-present 4.7L Fastman TB

Anybody using this? I did a search but didn't see anything on the newer 4.7L. I'm wondering if it's worth the $240 or so. Any feedback appreciated, this would be the next mod after I order the torque converter.

I was emailing with (I believe Dan?) today at fastman, and he's got to be one of the most helpful people out there. He said if I pay to ship him my TB he will modify it and ship it back all for $110.00, and if I schedule it ahead of time he will do it all in one day. So I'd probably be without a truck for a week or so, but this would save me over $100.00. I'll probably do this before I buy the converter, mainly due to funds. I was thinking about modifying the throttle body myself, but for this price I'll be better off letting him do it, and it will be better quality I'm sure...

Will do, I decided that what I'm going to do is go to the track and return my truck to stock, so I have a baseline, then make additional passes with one mod added at a time, so I can see how much each helps. I'll send my TB off to fastman to be modified sometime in about a month, then will post back how much it helped. I'll start a build thread of my truck when I do this, so I/others can follow what I am doing. It should help to see how much each mod changes power output. I'm guessing the intake and TB will be a somewhat minor change, and the tuner and torque converter will be huge.
