Default Swapping dual lights for quads

Looked around on the site & couldn't find a good answer. I want to swap my dual lights for quads, is it just a plug & play or more involved? Everyone talks about HID's, projectors, Xenon, etc. I want to start with the cases first. Advice?

Also, has anyone added the OEM fog lights that are available? The ones that go in the bumper near the plate.

I'd bet it will be a rather involved process. Hopefully someone with experience chimes in.

Anybody have a pic showing the difference between the duals and the quads?

I'm not sure which I have, and what is difference?

Quads have separate bulbs for high and low. Dual lights do not. Dual lights also have an orange lens covering the turn signal bulb while quads have an orange reflector at the top corner of the light if you only have 1 headlight bulb you have dual lights. If you have 2 headlight bulbs per light you have quads

Thanks! Sounds like I have the quads.

Are the quads considered the better of the two for some reason?
