AFE with the dry filter would be a good choice! I'm either getting the AFE 2 or the Volant Powerflow. I have a Mag 18" muffler, sounds good but not too loud!

I went with the oiled filter as it has better filtration and had the best overall reviews...I feel a bit more confident with an oiled filter as well....It a bit of a pain to clean and oil it, but its only a 30min job once every 40-60,000km

I read a lab test the other day that someone posted and the dry type filters trap smaller particles than an oiled filter and have a higher "Capacity" than those. The oiled filters flow real well, but a side effect of that is flowing small dust particles. I'll try to find the link for ya! I haven't had any problems with my K&N stuff, just saw that test and reconsidered for myself!

Dry 99.2% FILTRATION and 50% more ariflow
Oil 98.6% FILTRATION and 75% more airflow

The dry does catch .6% more dirt but the 25% extra airflow of the oiled filter is worth it...I still feel more confident in a oiled filter.....Maybe its just in my own little mind
