Default Headlight Issues

I noticed my low beam on the passenger side was out, so I started to replace the blub, then noticed the high beam doesn't work either. Is there any reason the high beam won't work if the low beam bulb burns out, or do I have an electrical problem here?

Thanks in advance!

It could be one of several reasons but a bad bulb is least likely. It's more likely to be a bad lamp ground or a TIPMCGW problem.

I would go let the dealer replace the bulb then if there is a wiring issue you don't get blamed. They get sticky when you touch stuff then say it doesn't work. Better to let them find it out then they have to fix it.

Default Headlight issue

I dont know about the wiring or the bulb problem but take the truck to the dealer and let them take care of it. The last thing any of us needs is a dealer saying you touched it and that voids something in the warranty. Protect your interest, let them do what they do and use that warranty.

Enjoy the Ride!
